Was not an actual hotel but a private two bedroom apartment. Comfortable enough but bedrooms were tiny.

The location was excellent as were the apartment facilities. Annie was simply a wonderful host. Very friendly and helpful. She is an excellent ambassador for the company and created a wonderful first impression. A marvelous "meet & greet" person. I wish I employed her in my company!!

Apartment was excellent! 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms plus lounge/dining/kitchen - a lot cheaper than a hotel room. Very clean and tidy with everything you need. IGA close by to pick up food/drinks and plenty of places to eat. Great view over Docklands. Highly recommend.

The service we received by Annie at the front desk was Excellent. Annie made our stay very enjoyable, she is an asset to your company. Also the view from our room, 304 in the Condor building was pretty amazing.

The apartment was well laid out. The Lounge, dining balcony and kitchen all flowed very nicely. We had 12 people in there for morning tea, and it didn't feel cramped. We enjoyed being able to self cater, and the kitchen was well equipped. Trams give easy access to city. The floor to ceiling windows /doors giveyou a great view of the dockland area, enjoyable by both night and day. We enjoyed the santa fun run from our balcony, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. So happy to find my favourite chinese, the oriental bistro had relocated to docklands. Yum ! The IGA nearby was very convenient, well stocked and maybe only 15% more than a major mart. Check out was easy. More keys would be good.
Access to Docklands area still difficult with barricades in front of the building. The taxi drivers did not know where the Condor building was. I hate having no reception. That said a representative met us at the building and settled us in the apartment before I accompanied her back to the office to complete the paperwork. The unit needed a detailed clean. The white lounge was grubby, they were still cleaning when we checked in. The glass on the verandah was grubby and there were cobwebs, also. The mirror doors to the wardrobe in the bedroom had finger marks. There were heaps of scuff marks on the walls. At over 400 a night, I would have liked a higher level of presentation.

The view is nice and the apartment is quite comfortable. There are many choices of restaurants there and one of the station of free tram service is close to the apartment.
Docklands is on the skirt of the town and there is no 24-hour convenient store around. They have no lobby, so you need to pre-arrange any check-in outside office hour. Also, only full refund for any cancellation in 14-day advance.

Room seemed to be getting a bit dated and tired with old mouldy curtains that did not close in the bedrooms. Lot a cracked and chipped tiles throughout the apartment. Air conditioner was not working during the stay. Was not a major issue however.
